By accessing any website in the Sakura Technologies ecosystem, enrolling in courses, submitting project briefs, or applying for internships, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Commercial Proposals & Contracts
All formal digital services are governed by signed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) detailing clear milestone deliverables, review windows, and milestone disbursements. Starting prices listed online are estimates and subject to final technical scope.
3. Learning Platform & Certificates
Course certificates represent completion of technical coursework and assessments designed by Sakura Technologies Digital Learning Division. They do not claim university degrees or government certifications.
4. Recruitment & Internship Policy
Internship listings represent genuine opportunities published by our Lucknow studio. We do not guarantee permanent employment or placement without satisfactory evaluation during the training period.
5. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
